- JUNE 21, 2024 – County Record Books Due to the CEO by 5:00 p.m.
- Record Books to be judged the following week.
- JULY 8, 2024 – Edited Record Books Due to the CEO by NOON.
- JULY 10, 2024 – Record Book Judging at District Office.

Completed Form Includes:
- Date of Activity
- Name of Activity
- Parent/Guardian Signature
- 4-H Member Name
- Name of School
Instructions: Submit Eligibility forms to the Extension Office or email to randall-tx@tamu.edu. We will send forms to the schools to check eligibility and request an excused absence.
